Tamannaah Bhatia is an Indian actress, who predominantly appears in Telugu and Tamil films. She has also appeared in Hindi films.

She is born in a Sindhi family. Her mother’s name is Rajani Bhatia and she is a housewife. While her father Santosh Bhatia is a diamond merchant.

Due to her fair complextion she has often called as the milky beauty in the movie Industry.

Before entering the film industry, Tamannaah Bhatia did a number of music albums. She was seen first on television for the commercial of Sun Direct.

Tamannaah was initially a model and she began her acting career in 2005 with a movie called “Chand Sa Roshan Chehra”. In that very year, she started acting in Tamil and Telugu movies as well.

Tamanna won the Filmfare Award for her Telegu movie named 100% Romance.

In her free time, Tamannaah Bhatia loves to do net surfing, read books and likes dancing.

Tamannaah played the role of Avantika in the movie Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and its sequel Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017). She has earned lots of praises for her role in the Baahubali series.
