Dear men, your lady will stay ravenous and parched throughout the day, for this one celebration. She'll wake up before the sun is done, cook an involved supper, go to office, return the night and after that sit tight for the moon and you to show up with the goal that she can eat. At last. Because she needs to appeal to God for your long glad life. Well it about time you give back where its due and here is the reason we think you ought to quick alongside her.

1. Well, the grin on your wife's face will be worth it.

2. One day of not eating won't really kill you.

3. Don't you want your wife to live long as well?

4. What an awesome way to detox! Give a break to that junk food.

5. One day of no beer sounds like a good day.

6. What better way to show your love to your wife than fast with her.

7. If you are not eating and neither is she, she won't need to cook at all, other than the night meal. A good day of rest for her.

8. You are eating away to glory and she is not, how cruel and rude! Come on, show her some compassion.

9. Gender equality!

10. All your female friends and colleagues will want a husband like you, once they get to know how cute you are, to fast along with your wife.

Did you know that learning to play a musical instrument has many benefits including the ability to bring down stress, improve memory power and increase confidence levels?

However, music is something that is never too late to learn. And here are 10 good reasons as to why everyone should learn to play a musical instrument.

1. Playing a musical instrument relieves stress

Playing a musical instrument makes you smarter
Researchers studying the benefits of music have reported that playing a musical instrument on a regular basis can help bring down stress. Studies show that playing an instrument helps in lowering the heart rate and blood pressure, which in turn lowers the stress hormone cortisol, thus making us feel relaxed. While just listening to music also helps, learning to play an instrument brings with it a comforting routine of daily practice that helps in keeping the stress hormones away. Michael Jolkovski, a psychologist who specializes in musicians, feels that music also helps in bringing down stress by helping people connect with others. "It (music) can satisfy the need to unwind from the worries of life, but unlike the other things people often use for this purpose, such as excessive eating, drinking, or TV or aimless web browsing, it makes people more alive and connected with one another."

2. Playing a musical instrument makes you smarter

Playing a musical instrument makes you smarter
People who have received a music education are generally smarter than their non-musical counterparts are. Extensive research done in this area has proved that children who learn to play a musical instrument do better in academics. Shaw, Rauscher, Levine, Wright, Dennis and Newcomb, in their research paper titled Music Training Causes Long-Term Enhancement Of Preschool Children's Spatial-Temporal Reasoning, speak about, “a research team exploring the link between music and intelligence reported that music training is far superior to computer instruction in dramatically enhancing children's abstract reasoning skills, the skills necessary for learning math and science."

3. Playing a musical instrument improves your social life

Playing a musical instrument improves your social life
Music helps you connect. Learning an instrument enlarges your social circle since you get to meet more people than you usually would. In children, music can help develop social skills. Maestro Eduardo Marturet, a conductor, composer and musical director for the Miami Symphony Orchestra, who also oversees the MISO Young Artist program in South Florida, has observed the effect that music has on a child’s social skills. "Socially, children who become involved in a musical group or ensemble learn important life skills, such as how to relate to others, how to work as a team and appreciate the rewards that come from working together, and the development of leadership skills and discipline."

4. Playing a musical instrument helps build confidence

Choosing to take music lessons can help build confidence. Once you are aware that you are able to do something well, like play the flute for instance, you naturally become more confident of your skills. Learning to play an instrument can help both children and adults who face confidence issues. Elizabeth Dotson-Westphalen, a music teacher and performer, has found that music has helped many of students develop confidence. "They find that once they can develop a skill by themselves that they can get better and better."

5. Playing a musical instrument teaches patience

Music teachers feel that music can help teach patience. In a world of instant gratification, learning to play an instrument is not something that can happen overnight. It is the daily effort of everyday practice that can help a musician learn how to play without mistakes. This is turn develops patience. Most musicians go through years of regular practice that includes daily musical exercises and the tackling of progressively difficult musical pieces, which in turn helps them conquer the virtue of patience.

6. Playing a musical instrument fosters creativity

Playing a musical instrument fosters creativity
Stuck in everyday routine lives, many of us lose touch with our creative side. Learning to play a musical instrument, especially when you reach advanced levels, can foster that lost creativity. Since music education plays on your mental, emotional and cognitive abilities, the brain is stimulated to think out of the ordinary, which results in improved creativity.

7. Playing a musical instrument improves memory

Playing a musical instrument improves memory
Music and memory go hand in hand. Learning to play a musical instrument makes you use both parts of your brain and this in turn boosts memory power. Maestro Eduardo Marturet, reiterates this point when he says, "Further research has shown that participation in music at an early age can help improve a child's learning ability and memory by stimulating different patterns of brain development." Music education is also linked to higher IQ levels and the physical development of certain parts of the brain.

8. Playing a musical instrument develops discipline

Playing a musical instrument develops discipline
Music requires dedication and regular practice. Allotting a specific amount of time to practice music daily develops discipline in the learner. This can prove to be extremely advantageous in children. Mira Stulberg-Halpert, of 3D Learner Inc., who works with children who have ADHD, has seen music discipline children when everything else fails. She has this to say on the effect of music on kids."Exposing kids to musical instruments is the key. They are naturally curious and excited about them-and the discipline that parents and kids learn by sticking with it is a lesson in itself."

9. Playing a musical instrument gives you a sense of achievement

Learning to play a musical instrument gives you an immense sense of achievement. Pianist Emily Singers, in her article titled, 12 Reasons You Should Learn to Play the Piano, writes that piano playing can bring true satisfaction. “It's truly one of the most satisfying things you can do,” she says. “There's no feeling like playing a difficult song and playing it flawlessly. (It is) Quite an ego-boost.” This feeling of satisfaction leads to a tremendous sense of self-achievement that can help you accomplish more in other areas of your life.

10. Playing a musical instrument is fun

Lastly, learning to play a musical instrument is fun. “The art of music is so deep and profound that it has to be approached with a bit of intensity laced with great affectionate joy”, says noted singer, musician and Bollywood film music composer Shankar Mahadevan. Playing a musical instrument can bring back the fun factor into your life. Music has the special quality to bring joy, peace and fulfillment that helps lift the spirit and make life enjoyable for everyone involved.

Ever since the posters and the first teaser of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has released, people cannot stop raving about it. While everything about the film is being praised, what one cannot stop admiring is the presence of actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She looks mind-boggling in the teaser and her pairing with Ranbir Kapoor just takes the hotness level a notch above. We loved Ash so much in the movie, that the first thought that we had in our minds is that, ADHM should have been her comeback film, and not Jazbaa.

1. Character

Aishwarya plays a poetess in the movie and that one aadab makes our hearts race faster. We are excited to listen to some poems from Mrs. Bachchan!

2. Look

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's gorgeous attires and svelte figure are jaw-dropping, quite literally. She looks royal in each frame and we just cannot get over her beauty!

3. Chemistry with Ranbir

Those who have watched the teaser, will undoubtedly agree to us that, Ranbir and Aishwarya's chemistry is the biggest highlight. Their romance is ridiculously hot! In fact, their crackling chemistry made us not pay attention to Anushka and Fawad Khan. Can you beat that?

4. Never-Seen-Before Avatar

Though Aishwarya has done varied films in the past, with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil she has stunned all, courtesy her bold and passionate avatar. We have never seen this side to Aishwarya and are keenly awaiting the release of the movie!

5. Karan Johar Movie

Whether you agree or not, KJo has a bigger brand value than Jazbaa director Sanjay Gupta. His films appeal the masses and the classes both in India and overseas, and therefore, gives a greater reach.

Nation is obsessed with Sunny Leone but few of us are bunch of hypocrites also. Many of us call her names, blame her for ruining the Indian culture, disrespect her for her choice of profession. However many of us also believe that she is setting an example for the women of this country, in more ways than one. Here are 10 reasons why we think she deserves as much respect as any other famous personality in India.

Source: Facebook

1. Sunny Leone has always made her own life decisions. She was financially independent at a very young age. She wanted to get into pornography and she did. No apologies whatsoever. She’s always taken hold of her life and steered it wherever she’s wanted to and no matter how much we Indians love to hate her audacity, she still doesn’t regret it. She was proud of herself then, she’s proud of herself now.

2. She has excelled at what she’s done. She’s one of the most famous professionals in her industry. Why do we idolize Shah Rukh Khan, worship Sachin Tendulkar and look up to A.R. Rahman? Because they’re the best at what they do. Why do we then disrespect and disregard Sunny Leone despite her phenomenal success? How many of us have been successful in our respective jobs and professions? The success, achievements, fame and popularity and the awards she has received are awe-inspiring. Adult film entertainment and pornography are also careers and should be respected just as much as any other profession, especially in a nation obsessed with watching porn. Why is it so hard for us to accept the fact that pornography is also a profession, just like engineering, writing or bank accountancy? Your judgment of her profession says nothing about her, but speaks volumes about your hypocritical mindset.

3. From pornography, Sunny Leone has traversed to mainstream Bollywood cinema now. With that bold step, she has opened new doors for adult film stars to enter into Bollywood. And, that is definitely a first. Hopefully, adult film stars will now feel as accepted in the society as you and me. And those of you who think Bollywood isn’t the place for porn stars and their entry would pollute your kids’ minds – you have criminals making 100-crore films in Bollywood, for God’s sake. Maybe a few years down the line, India will be able to disassociate one’s dignity from one’s profession. Maybe.

4. Apart from a former adult film star, Sunny Leone is also a super successful business woman. She owns Sun Lust Pictures, an adult film studio with partner Daniel Weber, also her husband. She plans to expand her business by opening her own brand of lingerie and diamonds in the future. Her entrepreneurial success is inspiring and definitely deserves respect and admiration.

5. Sunny Leone is sensible, sensitive and far more responsible than most of the Bollywood celebrities we love to idolize. Her work ethics are praise-worthy. Sunny Leone called off the shoot for the sleazy item song ‘Pink Lips’ (Hate Story 2) because there were kids on the sets and she felt the scenes being shot were inappropriate for them. Unsurprisingly, the news never made headlines; for the tabloid just likes to portray her only as a mindless sex object.

6. Sunny Leone has always been a confident, strong woman. She discovered her bisexuality at the age of 18 and instead of being embarrassed about it and hiding in the closet, she embraced it. And that is one thing we Indians really need to learn from her.

7. She’s happy and secure in the place she is. She’s not attention hungry. Given the way the audience perceives her in India, it must have been difficult for her to set her foot in Bollywood and she is probably going to struggle even more in the coming times if she wishes to play more serious roles. But not once has she tried to grab eyeballs or seek anybody’s attention. Even when she appeared in the reality show Big Boss, she never hogged the limelight unnecessarily. She was low profile and still absolutely adorable.

8. Sunny Leone has campaigned for some serious issues like the violence against animals for PETA and health problems for American Cancer Society. She also donated charity in the Ice Bucket Challenge. She’s socially responsible too, despite being a former porn star. Unbelievable, right? We thought so!

9. Contrary to what most people would think (again, because she’s a former porn star), Sunny Leone believes in commitment. You may think because she’s had sex right in front of the camera with different people each time, she cannot be trusted with a relationship. Isn’t that what most of us think? But we’re mistaken. She’s married to her long time boyfriend and business partner Daniel Weber, a man who is fully supportive of Sunny Leone’s life choices and they’re living a steady married life. Not that it takes a woman to be a ‘one man woman’ to earn respect, but she’s definitely breaking a very, very strong stereotype about adult film stars here.

10. Lastly, Sunny Leone has no regrets of her life choices and she doesn’t bother herself with what people think of her – the mark of a strong and successful person. Kudos to her for dealing with a unaccepting, prejudiced and disapproving audience as us with so much composure and still making her way into our hearts, slowly but steadily. Watch her take down her haters in the most awesome way ever in this video.
